Every year we launch a “Distributed Leadership Program” (DLP) for graduates or for applicants with maximum one year working experience. The DLP is a rotation program for two years with international projects in Europe (currently Italy, France and Germany) and for the top performers in the USA.

During the 4-6 month blocks the DLP participants engage in projects and tasks of various functional areas of our business so they gain a deep understanding of the excellence of Gexpro.
