Management System certified by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) to
ISO 9001:2000,
and to AS9100:2004 for our Aerospace segment. All branches and forward stocking
locations are committed to the same quality processes and
are internally audited against the applicable quality standards
above. As part of our commitment to quality, all products
are subject to inbound inspection where dimensional characteristics,
test reports, and certifications are evaluated for conformance
to the customer's requirements.
Gexpro Services also utilizes a structured program for Continuous
Process Improvement that drives a quantitative, disciplined,
data-driven methodology for problem solving and defect elimination,
and that also incorporates lean principles to increase speed
and eliminate waste in any business process.
